Subsequent chapters explore the diffraction of electromagnetic waves by plasma structures; resonant electromagnetic scattering from gyrotropic plasmas; scattering and transmission of electromagnetic waves at a statistically rough boundary between two dielectric media; and developments in wavefront reconstruction.
